Sensorial Letters is a sound work made by Ruxandra Mitache in a sound residency in Zürich at IFMZ (Initiative Freie Musikszene Zurich), that is investigating the poetic resonances of the space. A passage, a flux, layering the city’s accousmatic atmosphere in a 30 minutes sound composition. An intimate perspective of the urban life, exploring to reveal a micro macro universe, accompanied by meditative sound forms generated by instruments like (Waterphone & Nataraj Shruti Box) and punctuated with the voice of the artist, captured in a reverberating space form the city.
Not a letter sealed, but one left open – a gesture, a vibration, a shared breath in time.
