Through a veiled, plastic-blurred window, a man paints – outside, yet within the frame of the lens. The video becomes the new canvas: light replaces pigment, time replaces gesture. ‘Painting Today’ dissolves the sanctity of the painter’s surface, turning the act itself into an image. What remains is not painting, but its echo – an inquiry into what it means to paint when vision itself is already overexposed.
